Cancellations & Returns

The following policies apply to items purchased from this site only, www.privesports.com.cy

Order Cancellation


  • You are allowed to request cancellation of your order within 2 working days from the day you placed your order. in that case you will receive a full refund of your order.
  • If you wish to cancel your order but 2 working days have already passed then there is the option to return the product and request a refund.
  • By receiving the product, you agree to the terms and conditions of the page.
  • You have the right not to pick up your order if you notice that the packaging is damaged or incomplete.

Refunds - Cyprus

  • You have the right to request a refund for your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • For purchases over 50 euros, the first return is free.
  • For purchases under 50 euros or for a second return, you will bear the costs of return and shipping and payment charges if any.
  • You can return the product via ACS to PRIVE SPORTS, ARCHIEPISKOPOU MAKARIOU III, 190, LAKATAMIA, 2311, NICOSIA, CYPRUS or to one of our physical stores. See all our store’s locations HERE.
  • If you choose to send the product via ACS it is recommended to keep the tracking ID so that we can locate your package at any time.
  • The confirmation email that we have sent you must be included in the package.
  • Refunds can only be made by bank transfer after we receive the product and if the product is in its original condition, in its original and intact packaging.
  • We are not able to refund you in a physical store.
  • n case you have paid by cash on delivery, to proceed to refund we will need the IBAN of your Account, Account Holder Name and Bank Institution Name. Note that any bank fees related to the transfer will be deducted from your account.
  • The above information can be sent via email to info@privesports.com.cy along with your order number or phone number. Alternatively, you can include them in the package.
  • The initial shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. Money will be refunded only for the value of the product.  

Refunds - Greece & Abroad

  • You have the right to request a refund for your order within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
  • You are responsible to cover the return cost.
  • You can return the product to PRIVE SPORTS, ARCHIEPISKOPOU MAKARIOU III, 190, LAKATAMIA, 2311, NICOSIA, CYPRUS, through any postal service of your choice.
  • It is recommended to keep the tracking ID so that we can locate your package at any time.
  • The confirmation email that we have sent you must be included in the package.
  • Refunds can only be made by bank transfer after we receive the product and if the product is in its original condition, in its original and intact packaging.

  • To make an exchange in our store, you must present the purchase receipt that we have sent you (Order Confirmation email).
  • You can exchange the product with any other product, or we can issue a credit note which you can use in any of our stores or online.

Exchange at ACS

  • ACS exchange requests can be processed by phone or email. Contact phone: 0035722250361 / email: info@privesports.com.cy
  • You can exchange the product with any other product available on the website. 
  • You can return the product via ACS to PRIVE SPORTS, ARCHIEPISKOPOU MAKARIOU III, 190, LAKATAMIA, 2311, NICOSIA, CYPRUS or to one of our physical stores. See all our store’s locations HERE.
  • It is recommended to keep the tracking ID so that we can locate your package at any time.      
  • The confirmation email that we have sent you must be included in the package.
  • After we receive the product, and if the product is in its original condition, in its original and intact packaging, we will proceed with a new shipment of the product you requested.
  • If there is a difference in the amount:
  • In case the product you selected is of higher value, the difference will be paid by cash on delivery to ACS.
